1:00 - players gather in parking lot and organize into teams

1:30 - teams march down path between field - parents, family and friends, line both sides of walk way  

Organized - T-Ball, Rookies, Minors, Softball, Majors

Each team will carry their team sponsor banner

Teams march out onto the Green field and line up in the infield and outfield (if necessary).

2:00 - Opening remarks by the President

          National Anthem

          Ben Crosby - presentation of jersey

          Dedication of Signs to Top Team and All Stars

          Introduction of Robert Stuart

          First Pitch

2:30 -  Six Inning Exhibition between Majors teams that play on Green field

           Minors play on Yellow field

           Majors
